• If you need to reschedule, we request at least 24 hours' notice

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• For standard services, prices start from the rates listed on our website
• Final prices may vary based on the specific requirements of each job
• We provide detailed quotes before commencing any work
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards

5. Warranties and Guarantees

CoolZen Solutions provides the following warranties:

• 90-day warranty on repair services
• 1-year warranty on new installations
• These warranties cover parts we've installed and our workmanship
• Manufacturer warranties may apply separately to equipment

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Liability Limitations

While we strive for excellence in our services:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your air conditioning systems or electrical infrastructure
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
